Siri left Sweden in 2005 to set off for adventure and study Kinesiology in California. While learning the science behind body movements and teaching personal training, she discovered yoga and found the soul behind the movements. The movements combined with deep breathing bring extension and expansion, which in turn creates space: space to be and live in. Siri completed her 200-hour & 500-hour teacher training with Yoga Works as well as additional teacher trainings/workshops over the last couple of years for restorative yoga and chair yoga for seniors. Growing up, she had a fear of getting lost; her travels and yoga practice have diminished her fears and now there is no getting lost --home is everywhere. She desires to facilitate a space where you can breathe and move just the way you are, and feel at home.
